The Elecard-Med company was founded in 2003 as a supplier of modern information systems for medical institutions.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FIRST VERSION OF THE MIS
In 2006, the Elecard-Med company created and implemented the first version of the TRIMIS medical information system.

The first online appointment with a doctor in the country
In 2008, the Elecard-Med company created a portal with the ability to make online appointments to doctors in polyclinics in the city of Tomsk.

In 2008, the company became a resident of the special economic zone "Tomsk", cooperates with leading companies: Siberian State Medical University, TSU, Diagnostics + LLC, etc.

2019: The company "Elecard-Med" LLC, together with the Research Institute of Cardiology of the Tomsk National Research Medical Center and the Siberian State Medical University, created a database of virtual patients.

2020 year: The Elecard-Med LLC company, together with the Research Institute of Cardiology of the TNRMC and the SSMU, has developed a Web service for training of medical workers

COMPANY ESTABLISHMENT

The Elecard-Med company was founded in 2003 as a supplier of modern information systems for medical institutions.

FIRST VERSION OF MIS TRIMIS

In 2006, the Elecard-Med company created and implemented the first version of the TRIMIS medical information system with a graphical user interface.

THE FIRST IN THE COUNTRY ONLINE APPOINTMENT TO THE DOCTOR

In 2008, the Elecard-Med company created a portal with the ability to make online appointments to doctors in Tomsk polyclinics long before the appearance of such a service in Moscow.

RESIDENT OF SEZ TVT "TOMSK"

In November 2008, the company was registered as a resident of the Tomsk special economic zone of technology and innovation type. As a resident of the SEZ TVT "Tomsk" since 2008. the company is engaged in the development, implementation and maintenance of various software, incl. automated medical information systems (AMIS), image processing systems, three-dimensional modeling, image reconstruction, flaw detection. The software developed by the company has certificates of state registration of computer programs. LLC "Elecard-Med" is a member of the territorial innovation cluster "Pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and information technologies of the Tomsk region." As a member of the cluster, the company actively cooperates with leading Tomsk companies, such as: Siberian State Medical University, TSU, Diagnostics + LLC and many others.

STATE ACCREDITATION

The company received state accreditation in accordance with the Regulation on state accreditation of organizations operating in the field of IT, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 6, 2007 No. 758, for carrying out activities in the field of IT, developing and implementing computer programs and databases on a tangible medium or in electronic form through communication channels, regardless of type of contract and the provision of services for the adaptation of computer programs and databases, installation, testing and maintenance of computer programs and databases.

VIRTUAL PATIENT BASE

2019: Elecard-Med LLC, together with the Research Institute of Cardiology of the Tomsk National Research Medical Center and the Siberian State Medical University, created a database of virtual patients with Web access for problem-oriented distance learning for students and improving the clinical qualifications of doctors in the system of continuing medical education. The database contains 50 archival case histories with multimedia depersonalized files of patients with typical cardiovascular diseases and rare pathologies

WEB SERVICE

2020: The Elecard-Med LLC company, together with the Research Institute of Cardiology of the Tomsk National Research Medical Center and the Siberian State Medical University, has developed a Web service for problem-oriented distance learning for students and improving the clinical qualifications of doctors in the system of continuing medical education. To maintain the web service, the following modules were developed:
1. Editor of virtual computer simulations of the diagnostic and treatment process
2. Module for teaching students using virtual computer simulations of the diagnostic and treatment process
3. The module of the tutor of the service of virtual computer simulations of the diagnostic and treatment process

2021: new projects ahead

Service for checking the correctness of prices for medicines from the Register of Vital Medicines.

Service for the formation of reporting registers in the CHIF (Compulsory Health Insurance Fund) of the Tomsk Region with a web interface for the private clinic "SANTE".

Implementation of the software package "Electronic Registry System" and development of the online service Shop for Open Laboratory LLC
